Our Story
Originally founded in 1979 in Oklahoma as Western Water Consultants, the company focused on consulting services for in-house water treatment facilities. Driven by the growing need for specialized water management solutions in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors during that era, the company expanded to direct water treatment services as well.
In 1985, the company expanded its footprint by opening offices near Fort Worth, Texas, establishing a significant presence in the state. This expansion was a strategic move to tap into the rapidly expanding Texas market, where commercial growth, particularly in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, created a demand for water quality and conservation expertise.
Since then, Water Consultants of Texas has expanded to service all of Texas, as well as Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Missouri, and Louisiana. The company’s longevity—over four decades—reflects its adaptability to evolving water treatment technologies and regulatory standards. Our company still places a heavy priority on client education, and prioritizes cost efficiency for the customer over the typical sales- heavy nature of our competition.
